My therapystone symbolizes freedom and fresh air, light and the ability to breathe, illustrating an experience of going from darkness to light, from anxiety and fear to immense joy. The black on the top, deep and suffocating, represents a trap I once found myself ensnared in. In stark contrast, the blue signifies the vast blue sky and serene sea. There I found relief and freedom in breathing fresh air. I will never forget the feeling. I chose to leave the stone where it was created, a deliberate act of letting go, leaving behind and moving on.

Liberation is possible, even after the darkest of times. My personal experience was a reminder of this. Close by, just around the corner, there might be blue skies, a cooling sea and soft grass. And free breath of fresh air.
