Had to have one today!! A heavy, creamy, vanillafilled heavenly semla! At this time of the year we eat this traditional sweet bun. Normally with allmondfilling, but nowerdays there are varietys with nutella, vanilla (yes, mine today), dulce de leche, cinnamon, chocolate, licorice etc…. Visiting one of my favorite cafés today in Kungshamn on my lunchbrake, I simply could´t leave without a huge semla to finish of my lunch.
